3. Site Access and Client Responsibilities
   Clients must ensure proper site access, water supply, and electricity for the duration of the project.
   Any obstruction, delay, or restricted access caused by the client or third parties may result in additional charges or schedule extensions.
   We expect the client to disclose all relevant site conditions (such as previous leaks, cracks, or repairs) before work begins.

4. Materials and Workmanship
   All materials used are sourced from trusted manufacturers and applied according to recommended specifications.
   Roshid Mostan Traders guarantees workmanship quality under normal conditions. However, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by third-party work, structural faults, or extreme weather conditions beyond control.
   In case of defects found within the warranty period, we will inspect and repair the issue as per agreed terms.

5. Warranty and Liability
   Our waterproofing and flooring works may include a limited warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on material and project scope.
   The warranty covers service defects only — not damages caused by misuse, external impact, poor maintenance, or alterations by others.
   We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or damages beyond the project cost.

6. Scrap Trading Terms
   For scrap buy and sell services, prices are determined based on material quality, market rates, and verified weight at the time of transaction.
   All trades are transparent and finalized through written acknowledgment.
   We reserve the right to refuse scrap materials that are hazardous or unverified.

7. Safety and Compliance
   Roshid Mostan Traders follows all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations under Bangladeshi law.
   Clients must inform us of any site-specific hazards or compliance requirements before work begins.
   Our workers are trained in safety procedures, and all demolition or pile cap breaking operations are carried out under strict supervision.

8. Project Timeline
   Project duration estimates are shared before commencement. However, delays caused by unforeseen weather, material supply issues, or third-party interference may extend completion dates.
   We always communicate proactively if such delays occur.

9. Intellectual Property
   All website content, images, and design elements are owned by Roshid Mostan Traders.
   Clients may not reproduce or redistribute any material from our website without written consent.

10. Communication and Digital Platforms

11. Limitation of Liability
